Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing RevOps team. In this entry-level role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, improving operational processes, and supporting go-to-market teams with reporting and analytics. You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations to assist on strategic projects and take ownership of smaller initiatives that help drive revenue growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in RevOps, gain hands-on experience with CRM and GTM systems, and contribute to a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment. This position will be located at our office in Bellevue, WA in a hybrid capacity (Mondays through Thursdays in office).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, improve, and document data quality processes and workflows across our CRM and other go-to-market systems
- Manage lead routing, enrichment, deduplication, and assignment processes
- Support day-to-day operations for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by maintaining clean and reliable data and automating repetitive data management tasks
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Help document processes, update field definitions, and maintain RevOps documentation
- Assist in training and supporting internal teams on CRM and other GTM tools to ensure consistent and effective usage
- Support the Head of Revenue Operations on strategic projects (e.g., KPI monitoring, territory mapping, forecasting, quota setting, tech stack evaluations)
- Take ownership of smaller projects or initiatives, driving them from ideation through execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and passion for data quality
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
