Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, creative, and proactive Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client-facing events including webinars, podcasts, client visits, workshops, and company gatherings. This role plays a key part in building community, strengthening relationships, and showcasing Xnurta’s brand and expertise through engaging, high-quality experiences.
The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager with strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of handling multiple moving parts — from logistics to creative storytelling — while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute an annual event calendar that supports company goals for client engagement, brand awareness, and internal collaboration.
• Plan and manage virtual and in-person events such as webinars, podcasts, client visits, team offsites, and branded workshops.
• Define objectives and KPIs for each event to measure engagement and business impact.
• Partner with leadership and marketing teams to ensure events align with strategic initiatives and brand voice.
Event Execution & Coordination
• Manage all event logistics including scheduling, speaker coordination, production, vendor relationships, and attendee communications.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of webinars and podcasts, including topic planning, guest outreach, technical setup, and post-event content distribution.
• Coordinate client visits and office events to create memorable experiences that strengthen partnerships.
• Ensure all events are executed on time, within budget, and reflect Xnurta’s professional and innovative brand.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent messaging.
• Partner with creative teams to produce engaging assets (presentations, visuals, recordings, social clips) for events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event participants, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience before, during, and after events.
Post-Event Analysis & Reporting
• Track event performance through attendee feedback, engagement metrics, and ROI analysis.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize future events and improve audience engagement.
• Maintain a repository of event assets, recordings, and best practices for ongoing use.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience as an Events Manager, Event Coordinator, or similar role managing webinars, podcasts, and/or corporate events.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for outbound marketing and attribution, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement.
• Experience using digital event platforms (GoToWebinar, SplashThat, Riverside, or similar) and podcast tools.
• Creative thinker with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with B2B or tech environments is a plus.
• Ability to work Mondays through Thursdays in our Bellevue office.
